Härmämedi and Aino Health Partner to Strengthen Work Ability Management for Occupational Health Customers
We are pleased to announce that Härmämedi and Aino Health have signed a partnership agreement to provide Aino's Work Ability Management SaaS platform to Härmämedi's occupational health customers.
Through this partnership, Härmämedi's customers will gain access to a modern digital solution that supports proactive work ability management, early support and return to work processes, sickness absence management, and collaboration between employers, managers, employees, and occupational health professionals.
Aino's platform helps organizations move from reactive absence management to proactive workforce wellbeing and work ability management. By combining structured processes, data-driven insights, and root cause analytics, organizations can identify workforce risks earlier and take targeted actions to support employee wellbeing and productivity.
The partnership enables Härmämedi to further strengthen its occupational health offering by providing customers with digital tools that support:
