Aino Health has entered into a strategic partnership with UK-based Salubrium and Patient Advocate to help employers improve employee wellbeing, reduce long-term sickness absence and support sustainable work ability.

The partnership brings together three complementary areas of expertise:

• Aino Health’s digital platform empowers managers to take proactive, preventive action to support employee wellbeing and work ability. It also enables absence management and data-driven decisions through integration with existing HR and payroll systems and enables systematic OHC referrals.

• Patient Advocate’s case management services help employees access appropriate care and personalised support for a sustainable return to work.

• Salubrium’s strategic advisory services connect workforce health and wellbeing with organisational leadership, priorities and business outcomes.

Together, the partners aim to help organisations move beyond reactive absence management towards a proactive, people-centred approach. The offering is designed for employers across industrial, service and healthcare sectors.
